Spider Plant is a species of evergreen perennial plants, also called the ‘Chlorophytum comosum’ botanically. The indoor plant resembles a spider, hence its name. It has also been called the Spider Ivy or the Ribbon plant and is native to Southern Africa. The plant is an easy grower and is a very popular houseplant with long, narrow leaves.
