Urvann is the best online site to purchase plants. I recently decided to try buying plants online and ordered 14 hanging plants for around 2k. Unfortunately, I received 6 plants in blue pots instead of the black pots I had ordered. I logged a query on their WhatsApp group, and they immediately acknowledged the mistake and shipped me new plants in black pots. Additionally, they let me keep the other plants for free. This is an excellent example of customer satisfaction. I am very happy and highly recommend buying plants only from Urvann.
