The plant is popularly known as the ‘Cockscomb’, and is a favorite among gardeners for its ornamental value. The plant is native to tropical Africa. The flowering plant is very easy to grow and is easily able to tolerate heat and humidity. The plant looks elegant when placed in a vase or in pretty bouquets.
The Celosia flowering plant is found in many alluring shades such as bright pink, orange, yellow, red, and many more. It instantly adds a pop of color to your garden.
