- When will my plants be delivered?
We offer next day delivery on all orders received by 7 PM. Hence, if you placed your order by 7 PM, you will get it the next day. If you place your order after 7 PM, you will get it after 2 days. However, due to any unforeseen events or circumstances, the delivery can get delayed. We will inform you regarding the same. But we assure you that we keep your lovely plants safe and healthy and they will be worth the wait .
- My order was due for delivery yesterday, but I have still not received it?
Kindly drop us an email on email@example.com with your order details so we can look into it.
- What are Urvann loyalty points?
As soon as you place an order with Urvann, you receive loyalty points / Urvann cashback. You can use these points to pay for your next order as 1 loyalty point = 1 Rs. Refer Urvann Cashback Policy here.
- How can I redeem or use my Loyalty points?
You can use your loyalty points to pay for your orders. At the time of checkout, you will get the option to use loyalty points. Enter the amount in the box, and click apply.
- Can I place an order on call ?
To ensure a smooth order experience, we do not offer on call order option. You can checkout our website and order your favorite products after looking at the pictures and the description.
- What is the Return and Replacement Policy?
We at Urvann keep customer satisfaction and best quality delivery as our topmost priorities. We offer a two day window for replacement. In case you receive wrong products, or damaged products, kindly drop in an email to firstname.lastname@example.org 😊
- What are your delivery charges?
We provide free delivery on all orders 😊
- What is the minimum cart value or the minimum amount of order I can place?
Currently we have a minimum cart value of INR 200, i.e. you need to place a minimum order of INR 200 with us.
- Does Urvann offers Cash On Delivery (COD)? Can I pay on delivery?
We currently do not offer postpaid order facility. Urvann is a young startup and our delivery partners are not fully equipped with cash management
- How can I change the delivery address / I entered incomplete delivery address?
