About the Program:

“Urvann Campus Ambassador Program” (“program”) is an initiative by Urvann India Private Limited (“organisation”) where the organisation incentivizes students to spread awareness about Urvann.

How it works:

1. Fill the Google form using the link - https://forms.gle/iMxcfrA5CqZXBdX1A
2. Our team will reach out to you on the details mentioned in the form and share a unique discount coupon code with you.
3. Share the discount coupon code with your friends and family. This coupon code is valid for one transaction per user. The customer will get discount only on his/her first transaction 
4. Your friends and family members make a purchase using the coupon code that also entitles them to flat 10% discount on their purchase
5. On each purchase, you are entitled to a commission of flat 10%. 
6. The commission earned in a month will be credited in your bank account by 7^th of the next month

Terms and conditions

1. The commission will be calculated monthly (calendar month) and the payment will be done in the bank account shared 
2. The payment will be done by the 7^th of the succeeding month. If 7^th is a holiday, then it will be done by the next working day
3. The commission rates are subject to Indian Tax Laws.
4. Every month, details of purchases made by your customers will be sent along with the payout.
5. The company holds the rights to alter the commission structure at any time
6. In case the customer has already been referred to Urvann by some other affiliate (“First affiliate”), then the commission will be payable to the First affiliate only. However, in this case, the commission on the first transaction using your affiliate code will be payable to you.
7. Cancelled/returned/refunded orders will not be taken into account while calculating the commission.
8. Commission is payable on the net amount paid by the customer after deducting discounts and loyalty balance.
9. First transaction means the transaction where the customer uses the discount coupon code. Account will be attached to a particular affiliate only once the customer uses your unique coupon code. In case the customer misses/does not apply the discount coupon, then the purchases made by the customer are not liable for commission.
